I spoke with ANNE AUTUMN ERICKSON of U.S. symphonic band, UPON WINGS, about a great many things, formation, recording even though the members are scattered, videos filmed in the snow, new music for the Holidays, and about the new EP which will be released early next year.

Metal artists have a long tradition of releasing holiday songs, from Rob Halford of Judas Priest to Dee Snider of Twisted Sister. In that spirit, UPON WINGS are embracing the festival season with two Christmas songs.
UPON WINGS' holiday songs feature longtime guitarist Kevin Jardine of Slaves on Dope showing off his acoustic guitar skills, along with vocalist Anne Autumn Erickson's angelic vocals.
