Black Star Riders new guitarist.

In news that blew me away, Damon Johnson has announced that he will be leaving Black Star Riders to concentrate on solo and session work. His replacement (from January 1st next year) will be Christian Martucci of Stone Sour.

This really blew me away. I spoke, at length, with Damon via Skype, when Heavy Fire was due to be released. We had an amazing chat about him joining (then) Thin Lizzy, and the transition to BSR. Just 2 lifelong Lizzy fans shooting the breeze. Damon will play out the rest of the current dates in this year before moving on. I wish him well. Welcome Christian.
